Quick Cleaning Services provides professional home, office, sofa, carpet, and kitchen cleaning services across Delhi NCR. All services are subject to availability in your area.

• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or email from our team.
• Online form submissions are booking requests, not guaranteed confirmations.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

• Prices quoted are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins, based on actual scope and site conditions.
• An advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings.
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Prices may vary based on property size, condition, and additional services requested.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may attract a fee of up to ₹500.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to reschedule in case of staff unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly.

• Please ensure access to the property at the agreed time. Delayed access may reduce service time without a refund.
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sensitive items before the team arrives.
• Provide access to water and standard electricity required to operate cleaning equipment.
• Inform us in advance of any pets, allergies, or special conditions at the property.

• Our team takes utmost care, but Quick Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
• Any damage caused during service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, please inform us within 24 hours. We will arrange a revisit to address the issue at no extra charge, subject to reasonable assessment.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information in booking forms
• Engage our staff for services outside the agreed scope without prior arrangement
• Attempt to directly hire or poach our cleaning staff

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
